Bio

Tom Bowes is a freelance Producer with 11+ years’ experience across film, advertising, documentary, social, branded content, stills and design.

Previously Integrated Production Director at SHIFT Active Media, Tom led production across the agency’s creative output for clients including Continental Tyres, YT Industries and Zwift. During his 8+ years at SHIFT, he worked across a wide range of budgets, formats and platforms, from large-scale campaigns to fast-turnaround social-first content.

Before SHIFT, Tom was a Producer at Bracken Films and Post-Production Coordinator at Calling the Shots, where he helped deliver 60+ short films for Channel 4 and the Arts Council’s Random Acts initiative.

Tom holds an IPA Production Certificate and has completed production coordination training with the BBC Academy. He is also first aid and IOSH safety accredited.

A graduate of Leeds Arts University, Tom was shortlisted for an International Design Education Award. Now based in Bristol, he can usually be found outdoors, preferably on his allotment.
